Mr. Shantilal Chandaliya - MCom, LLB, FCA, BCS

Mr. Shantilal Chandaliya is the Founder of the firm. He started the firm in 1974. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and Law and a practicing Chartered Accountant. He is an active member of the various Professional associations. He actively contributes to the various Social causes as a member of the Board of Trustees of various Religious and Charitable organizations. He heads the Direct Tax and Tax Audit practice of the firm.

Mr. Manoj Chandaliya - B. Com, F.C.A., AICWA, L.L.B, B.C.S., DISA

He has joined the firm as a partner in 2003. He holds post graduate degree in Law and Cost and Management accounting. He is a Certified Information System Auditor and holds a Certificate in Business Consultancy from JBIMS, Mumbai. He has earlier worked with Arthur Andersen and has wide experience in International Taxation and Foreign Investment structuring. He is associated with the firm since last 22 years. He heads the International tax, FEMA, Corporate Audit and Debt Syndication practice of the firm.

Mr. Tejas Rathod -  B.Com, LLB, ACS
He has a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce and LLB from Mumbai University. He is an aspiring member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has experience in field of Securities Law, Compliance and Advisory.

Mrs. Drishti Jain -  B.Com, ACA
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce(Bcom), and is a member of Indian Institute of Charterted Accounts of India (ICAI). She leads the Indirect Tax division of the firm

Mrs. Nidhi Jain -  B.Com, ACA
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce. She leads the Direct Tax division of the firm.

Mrs. Manisha Porwal - B.Com, ACA
She has a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) and is a member of Indian Institute of Charterted Accounts of India (ICAI). She Leads the Audit practice of the firm
